A combination of both Ashtanga Yoga and Pilates.
Ashtanga Yoga is a practice of yoga that links together breath and a series of yoga postures that are challenging yet relaxing. Yoga focuses on relaxing, deep breathing methods as well as practice of yoga postures. Increase flexibility, improved cardiovascular health, weight loss, are just some of the benefits of yoga. Learn this ancient form of exercise that helps to reduce stress, teaches an individual to listen to their body and to be mindful of all aspects of their life.
Pilates is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Pilates is one of the most popular exercise classes in the country. This workout works well for a wide range of people such as athletes, dancers, seniors and post natal women.
