Team Registration

Use these instructions if you are team manager and you need to get your team set up in MySAM. If you are an individual and your team is set up already by your manager, you may register for your team here.

Register Online:

Login to MySAM by entering your email address and password. If this is your first registration, you will be able to create an account.

Click on the "Register" button on the left hand side of the page. Select the "Register Your Team" option.

Each team must submit a roster form.
Each of your team members must complete and sign this waiver form.
