    • The BucksMont Soccer Factory is a six week program that is specifically designed around the needs of the player, which are set in part by the demands of the game. All of the Factory Programs will be headed by Director Matt Driver, Technical Director Wayne Grocott, and Director of Coaching Seamus O’Connor.

    International Outdoor Summer Soccer CampBe it technically, tactically, physical, or psychological our coach will create a dynamic setting which enables the player to experience a game like situation within a training environment facilitating the player to accelerate their learning curve. 

    Through a series of activities and training topics which will be used as an outline for each our sessions, our coaches will modify each session to constantly challenge the player both as an individual and as part of a group.  All of our programs will begin with an evaluation session to measure where each individual player is.  We stress that we measure each player against themselves as this is the truest way of evaluating progress.

    The Soccer Factory has assembled some of the region’s most qualified and experienced coaches, which are supplemented by some of the youngest and brightest international coaches who have demonstrated a specific desire and enthusiasm to coach all youth players.

    The Factory Program offers advanced age appropriate sessions to the following age groups for both male and females – U12 / U14 / U16.  Along with the older age groups we will also be offering a Technical Development Program for the 7-9 yr olds.
